Founded in 1984 in the United Kingdom and registered in Lebanon in 2008 by Dr. Nabil Watfa. IHI supports institutions in developing structured, compliant, and practical solutions that improve workplace safety, public health outcomes, and regulatory performance.

Dr. Nabil Watfa

Dr. Nabil T. Watfa is an internationally recognized expert in occupational safety and health with over 50 years of global experience. He holds degrees from American University of Beirut and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He served 23 years with the International Labour Office as OSH Specialist and Regional Advisor. His career includes roles at Rutgers University and Johns Hopkins University, and leadership of a USAID-funded health education project. He has authored nearly 30 publications and remains committed to advancing occupational health, public health, and humanitarian services worldwide.
